Be careful about allowing this law firm to settle your debt. They dropped the ball which subsequently led to one of my creditors getting a judgment from me and they garnished my bank account. Herbert Davis firm stopped corresponding with me and told me they were not getting paid to litigate. I had paid thousands of dollars through the monthly ACH and they will not return my money. Had to file chapter 13 BK to keep the other creditors from doing the same thing. Deal with a local attorney instead.
